Been Over a week

Out TV is broken we have phoned last week and nothing we keep on phoning and still nothing. Please tell what the monthly debt order is for to make you richer and we sit with no tv, we have been a client of yours for over 20 years and what service we are getting is pathetic, i am meant to be a gold card older and that seems to hold no value at all. When are you going to fix this is anyone has to ask me what ypu think of matercare i would not say much, this is not the first time this has happened last year our fridge broke you never ever got back to us, we had to go and buy another fridge. If you donot contact us i will be takig this to court of breach of contract we pay a monthy fee for a service, a service that when our appliance break you are to come fix and this seems not to be the case. we were frist promised that someone will come out last week Then monday now Tomorrow. Please advise or is this going to be ignored like my other requests
