Ok. I have to apologise to LG Johannesburg office for my terrible, rude and disgusting attitude to the service and repair staff. I deeply regret my actions. And i am so sorry that i got all my timing wrong. But there is always 2 sides to the story. Mine was a day of total confusion and the rapid decline of my memory. It all boiled down to dealing with my insurance (the motherboard of my LG fridge was fried due to a power surge). LG services and repairs and some random text i received on my cellphone advertising fridge and washing machine repairs. It was a comedy of errors. I thought everyone of them who contacted me with either from LG, Insurance and this fridge repair company. It was a total and utter up! So i had this plus a extremely frustrating attitude because i had been without a fridge for 2 days and we all know that is not ideal in a South African summer! So naturally i was rude and impatient with everyone. So guys at LG. I do apologise for my actions and i admit that i was wrong, but please, please please please can you respond to my latest query. I know i am probably blocked from ever receiving help from LG again...
