Shocking Service

I have had nothing but trouble since I purchased a Samsung GTN8000 in December, the screen keeps freezing, the 3g has a problem. It has been into the local agents who reset it to factory faults 3 times no avail. On the 14th Feb it was given in to TTS in Port Elizabeth to go to Samsung head office for replacement. I was told max 10 days. I have had hours of trying to get a response from someone telephonically, went through to 10 different departments then cut off. I have had promises of someone returning a call is has never been kept. I have been travelling backwards and forwards to TTS the collecting agents here who have given me incorrect information. I have been told my unit is here, to no it is not it will be here Friday, to being asked where is it by Samsung head office, told the couriers forgot to collect it, we have no stock, we have stock it is being sent. I cannot get the contact email of anyone in charge, no returned calls, Samsung may have good product advertising but I have experienced shocking service in South Africa. I was advised to buy Samsung because of service clearly a mistake. I need the tablet for work. What has happened to customer service?
