Unbelievable how bad the service is. They are quick to come in and repair my fridge but after a few weeks the fridge was not working again. I got a 12 month guarantee for the repairs. Between my wife and myself, I lost count how many times we called John to come and fix the fridge again. He takes the call and says he will be there the next day. That happened at least a dozen times. I still waiting for him to come.
