Good Day
Standard Bank enlists the services of IZINGA to manage their Home Assistance.
I have received absolutely pathetic service and do not know whom to turn to.
My fridge stopped working and I phoned the Home Assistance (IZINGA). They sent out DCAPPLIANCES.
DCAPPLIANCES said they needed to remove the fridge and take it to their workshop.
Once taken, we heard nothing from anyone for three days. Thereafter DCAPPLIANCES sent a quote for repairs for 3 separate things that were wrong. We then phoned our local Appliance Repair man who told us it was impossible for all of these things to go wrong at the same time. To quote an analogy, if your heart is not functioning, the doctor also said that the brain and legs need to be operated upon.
We then requested the return of the fridge and called our Repair man. Upon examining the fridge, he found that pipes were cut and parts removed. This is total unethical.
IZINGA refuses to take our calls and says that DCAPPLIANCES will return the parts. I want to know how could they have forgotten to return the parts? And also they have caused so much damage to the fridge. Is there no Due diligence done before suppliers are used.
