Got thearter and its fault, dealer cant fix it

I bought Samsung home theatre on the 7th of October cash, R5999.00 at Metro Home Center, then after 4 days i discover a problem on the HDMI inputs they were not sending video to the Tv. I decide to take it back and they test it and find out the problem and they said 2 weeks it will be fixed, then i went home after that time i went back and they told me that they will call me now after that 3 weeks they call me 16.11.2013.IMAGINE just to find out that my amplifier is not working same problem i never enjoyed it.so i need money in cash or a new amplifier.it's not mine only my friend brought same thing and it gave him same problem, i think it's second hand or fault staff.please help me peter.
