We bought a Samsung dishwasher in August last year (2012), model DW-FN320W, from Kloppers in Knysna.
From day one we had issues with the machine, such as:
1) Dishwasher does not wash dishes clean especially items on the top shelf. We have tried all of the cycles and to be honest I don't see any difference. Glasses and cups come out even more dirty than before they were washed.
2) The machine is also very noisy, we are in the process of replacing our "new Samsung" with our "old LG" of 15 years, we had our LG repaired after we bought the new Samsung.
3) The washing cycles are also very long, the "ECO" cycle is 5 minutes short of 3 hours - WOW, call that economic.
Anybody out there with similar complaints?
