About 2 years back i purchased an all in one Samsung laser printer. the sxc 4623f.
This printer forever gave me problems. Well the scanner part. It must have went in for repairs at least twice, and there were endless calls regarding the scanner. I have finally had enough!!
This has been a perpetual problem from the time i bought it! once fixed it will work for a couple months and bonk out again.
i hardly scan, but there are times when i need to! i am so sick and tired of trying to make it work. Off the numerous calls to the helpline, they advise me to download the newest drivers. This never seem to help and that leaves the technician a bit stumped. i have spent ours on the net trying to resolve or find a solution myself, thinking that it might be software related. i have even updated my operating system but to no avail. just today i called in once again, the guy must have sensed my frustration when asked once again about the driver/software... and his reply was that it is a hardware issue. what a totall and lousy product!!! now that the guarantee is over i am told that i will have to foot the bill. fit the bill for something that never worked properly from the start.
