ALL I NEED IS A3 SCAN-N-STITCH SOFTWARE!!

I purchased an A3 hp scanner & printer (7500A) and recently had to re-load all the drivers & programmes back onto my pc. I then realised that I had misplaced my discs, so I tried to download them from the website, however there was no downloadable Arcsoft scan-n-stitch software that was provided when I originally purchased the machine.

This software allows one to scan-n-stitch 2x A4 pages into an A3 and without this I am unable to use the A3 scan function.

I had contacted the call center months ago about this, thinking that perhaps I could purchase a recovery disc with this programme on so that I can at least use it. My experiance with the call centre was very frustrating and went from being treated like I was stupid to feeling that I must be delusional because no one knew what the heck the scan-n-stitch software was. And I just went from person to person having to explain.

It feels to me like that they do not have any experiance with the hardware or software so they can not give clients the right advise. The furtherest that I got was a representative sent me links to purchase the software. I don't beleve this is good enough to have to purchase software just to make it work.
