Hi, congrats to Samsung for back-up and product service. I been looking for a driver for my printer with pdf conversion. However did not find it on the web so i contacted Samsung and they couriered me a disc with the software. The disc got damaged in transit and i called Samsung again. The replacement arrived the same day!
I am hugely impressed with the service and have told as many people as possible. We all complain about lousy service that is the order of the day ; so, lets shout about good service too. Well done Samsung, HP and others: take note. Gerhard
