Waiting on voucher, detergent - month 3

Hi there

I bought a washing machine in December 2012 - and opted for a Samsung ONLY because of the R500 cash-back and the month's supply of washing detergent.

It's practically March, and despite calls to your call centre who told me to sit back and patiently wait (they could tell me how long a wait), I am yet to received the above (along with the pick-up of my old machine).

How much longer do I need to wait?
