Samsung had a promotion on in December where you buy a new washing machine and they promise to pick your old washing machine up and give you a R500 voucher and washing powder.
Around 20 emails, 10 phone calls to the call centre and 5 live chat sessions I am still nowhere.
Around three weeks ago a courier came to drop off a voucher that has to be activated (still waiting) and washing powder, but they didn't collect the washing machine. For the past two weeks I have been in chat sessions to sort this out, but the standard response that I receive is the following:

According to the system the query is with head office and you will be contacted. On my side there is not much i can do however i have sent through a urgent notice for you to be contacted.
I am the one that has to follow up all the time via email and chat sessions.
I have not been contacted, not even once.
