Went to Direct Deals on Saturday to look for a Flat Screen TV Bracket. Justin listened to my requirements, made some suggestions - looked for better solutions. His service was great and people like him must be rewarded. Not just the normal retain service of showing you where it is on the shelf.
After making my decision he then opened the box to ensure that all the required items are in the box.
