After purchasing a new Samsung washing machine with the 30 day promotion, I struggled to get Samsung to collect my old washing machine and deliver gift card and OMO.
Eventually, after a few phone calls, a courier company did collect it (although they were shocked it was a washing machine and not wrapped) and the OMO and gift card were delivered later.
After phoning the card activation, I was told it would take 48 hours to activate. One week later I phoned back only to be told Samsung were not authorizing any cards and I should call them!?
I see similar complaints on Facebook and Hellopeter.
How can such a simple process be so up? Don't you understand how this affects your image?
