We bought a Univa stove model U126B ON 01 June 2011at A & M Appliance World in Brakpan the saleslady was Thandi they stated on the invoice that we have a 24 months guarantee. On tuesday 19 February 2013 I discovered that the oven doesn't work and then my trouble starts. Firstly A & M has moved where to is unknown to me I phoned both the numbers in the directory and even the 1023 Telkom service with no joy even the number for Univa that I found on internet is also out of order/ changed please help me
