On the 25th of June we bought a Defy undercounter oven with an extended warrenty. In the first week it had to be repaired for switches that comes on by itself.
From about March 2013 the oven switch started to come on again by itself.
On the 20th of August 2013 the stove made sparkes on the inside and tripped the house power. After resetting it a day later it tripped the power again..
We went to the Game store in Welkom and reported the problem. The lady said she will arrange for a contractor to come and look at the stove. On the 31st of August 2013 I had to go to the store again as nobody contacted us or came to look at the stove. In the mean time it tripped the power once more.
Today the 4th of September we went to the store again and now we are told the contractor is waiting for a repair number.
We still sit with a stove that is dangerous and poor service from Game
