AEG BROKEN OVEN

I Bouhgt an AEG 90cm m/f built-in ove at Kloppers on the 05/12/2013.Unfortunately when I tried to intall it, it fell and the glass break. I do accept that the fault is mune and I am just looking for the to replace the broken, which I am prepared to for it. I've struggling to get assisistance for these guys. They asked me to supply them with a model number and product code. I did send them the model number and I told them I don't get the product number on the appliance. They then told me that the model number I supplied them with does not exist. I made a copy of the oven with the model number from the oven's booklet and still the refused to assist me. I later send a photo of the oven to them and still they said they won't be able to help me.
