I contacted [URL Removed] on 8 February as I wanted to buy an Xbox Kinect game that they stocked for my boyfriend as a Valentine's gift and it was out of stock at all other stores. I was concerned it would not get delivered before 14 February as I am located in Johannesburg and [URL Removed] is in based in Cape Town, so I emailed them to ask if it could be delivered in time. I received a response in record time from Trent in Sales and he arranged for the item to be delivered to their supplier in Johannesburg and for me to collect it. Throughout the process Trent kept me updated about the progress of the delivery and he was incredibly accommodating and helpful.
