NETFLORIST THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER

On the 13.02. '13 logged on Netflorist website chose gift and filled all required information paid for 2 items and delivery. On the 14.02.'13 Valentine's day called person (recipient) and learnt that parcel had not been delivered. Called Netflorist on 0861 300 600 but I was late. They closed at 17.30 although they had national crisis. Sent them e-mail the same evening and got automatic reply that they are aware of delivery problems in Johannesburg and that the parcels would be delivered the next day. What wrote that??? Valentine's day is once a year. Next day wasn't Valentine's day you. Any way my parcel was delivered the next day but to my surprise only one item, instead of two. I called again and was told by very unprofessional and ignorant employee (she sounded like she was eating while talking with me) that second item would be delivered later that day or on Monday 18.February 2013. i WOULD LIKE TO MEET WHO IS RUNNING THIS COMPANY.This is unbelievable and unheard of. THANK YOU NETFLORIST, THANK YOU FOR RUINING EVERYTHING THAT VALINTINE'S DAY STANDS FOR.
