Thanks to NETFLORIST my valentine's day was a HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT! For the first time in 4 years my boyfriend tried to surprise me on this special day. I didn't speak to him the WHOLE day and there was such a weird vibe between us because I thought he did nothing. My flowers were actually SUPPOSED to be delivered on WEDNESDAY, 13 February and today is FRIDAY, 15 February. Thanks netflorist for making my valentine's day such a disappointment. I have used your service many times before but not anymore.
I don't want a box of chocolates as an appology but rather a refund. Valentine's day is over and I can now get the flowers at half price somewhere else. Order number will be given on request.
