I logged a call to have my tv picked up and delivered back to me for repairs i was told the tv would be pick up on monday of which no one called to advise that they would not be able to come through, i have then made follow up calls to samsung and spoke to barry, Juliet and Busi Sebeko and all these consultants and team letter were not helpfull to me and placed me on hold for 25min in total on two different calls, i would to get the service and professional service i as a customer derserve. I request an offical apology and have my tv fixed in the less then the turnaround time stated as no ne from Samsung called me to advise as to what was going on Ref given 4130542651
