I thought they were serious about their service

Utterly Disgusted: After reporting the above, I had to wait 2 ays before somebody called to make arrangements to come and get my machine. When they called they still could not give a time when they would be there to pick up the machine. They knew nothing about the discontinued part promise made, they wanted to do an assessment and said they do not replace machines. I then decided to take my machine in myself, it was booked in and I got a ref No JC 5618 on 1 Feb with a R932.20 price tag. No more loyalty from me
