THIS IS BEYOND BAD SERVICE

YOU WOULD NOT BELIEVE THAT I STILL DON'T HAVE MY WASHING MACHINE SINCE JANUARY 18, 2013. CONTINUED FROM NOT GETTING A NEW MACHINE, I TOOK THE MACHINE IN, THEY QUOTED ME R932.20 TO REPLACE THE PC BOARD. REMEMBER ITS THE SAME PC BOARD THEY DISCONTINUED, NOW THEY HAD IT ORDERED. MY TECHNICIAN ORDERED AND LAST WEEK WAS TOLD IT HAS ARRIVED. YESTERDAY HE WENT TO PICK IT UP, BROUGHT IT BACK. ONLY TO FIND OUT THERE ARE MISSING PARTS ON MY MACHINE. TTS SAID THEY WOULD PUT IT BACK TOGETHER AND HE MUST COLLECT TODAY, ITS STILL IN PIECES, SOME MISSING. MANAGER IS NOT ANSWERING HIS CELLPHONE. WHAT DO I DO NOW? MY TECHNICIAN HAS GIVEN UP ON THEM TOO, HE IS THE ONE THAT WAS TOLD THE STORY ABOUT PART BEING DISCONTINUED, NOW A RUN AROUND ABOUT PIECING THE MACHINE TOGETHER!
