Failure to repay money owing to me

LA Electronics in Port Elizabeth owes me R1413-60 on a cancelled order. They acknowledged that they owe me this money & keep promising to pay it back to me, but they never do. For nearly 3 months now I have been trying to get my money back from them. Their many promises have proven to be false assurances. I have frequently spoken with, & emailed, the manager, Gertie Williams. Many of my messages & emails went unanswered, but when she does respond, she is always very sweet and full of promises, and often told me the money will be in my account the next day. On 10 Jan she told me a cheque was ready for me. On Fri 11 Jan I went to them, but no cheque was ready & Gertie was out. 2 Weeks ago Gertie told me the money was paid into my bank account - but it has not been. She told me then (2 weeks ago) she would send me the proof of payment, but she did not, and she has not followed up with me since we spoke. I sent another email last Thursday to Garry & Gertie but still no response. I have always had to be the one to phone or email or ride to the other side of PE to their offices. They should be contacting me, the customer. They have made no effort to refund me the money owing me.
