Money taken before I agreed

While visiting in Port Elizabeth in February 2013, my girlfriend and I went to a presentation for Holiday access.
After that, we filled in an application form which we were assured that it would just be there for their records and they will not activate the account or debit my account at all, until I have decided yes or no!!
6 days later i called to say my answer is NO! The lady said I should put this in writing and email it to the address provided... which i did. Twice I emailed with no response, twice I called with no joy at all. At the end of February my account was debited with the amount of R1495, after I was told, if i decided on this, it would be only about R400. I am now short for my Maintenance payment and if I don't pay, I go to jail due to a Court Order. After two emails and two phone calls they still took my money... I AM NOW FURIOUS and want my money back immediately!!! I have proof of emails sent and phone calls made. I specifically stated ..."I do not want this holiday club, do not debit my account because I can't afford it and I'll be short for other payments." I had no response. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!
