SAMSUNG "ITS LAST SONG"

I bought a Samsung RV510 laptop from Game in 2011. I have been trying to replace the power cable for the last couple of months being sent from pillar to post. Going into a Samsung store is worse than going to Incredible connection or another store. I have been referred to everything but Samsung. How can they sell products and there is no after sale service. When I called the head office, the delightful automated, cold and impersonable voice puts you through the menu, aggravating one even further. After being put through the torture, you then get an arrogant young man who has no idea about customer service or even telephone etiquette. I explained my situation and he directed me to a company who do not supply to the public. When I explained that, he then put me through to sales??? I ask you, what does customer care actually do at Samsung??? I am rather irrate. I have always been an avid Samsung supporter and try and buy only Samsung. Never again. I also have a Samsung cell which is useless. It is a substandard product.

I am raging. I will never again buy Samsung not anything.
