Premuim that should have been paid back in May

We cancelled our medical aid with Discovery the 28 February but a premium was paid in cash at FNB in March which had to be paid back I contacted them and said that the banking details have changed and gave them the new account they send me forms to fill in which I did but they went ahead and paid the money into the wrong account. Again they send me forms again I filled it in and next they told me the money is in the account that was closed in November I send them proof that the account has been closed, next they sent me an email telling me the money is back in their account and it will be paid into my account just to get another email telling me no they haven't got the money back I have send them numerous emails spoken to 'managers' to no avail I have no clue what to do next when I phoned and spoken to Priscilla she don't know what I must do. And I was cut of while waiting for another "manager". PLEASE CAN SOMEBODY HELP!!!
