LG not at fault - Great service & response

On 5 February, 2013, I posted a complaint against LG Electronics due to an issue of money due to me which was not being paid to me. My dealings were with their local agents, LA Electronics, in Port Elizabeth. However, I have recently discovered that 4 weeks ago LA Electronics in Port Elizabeth stopped being a recognised LG agent in Port Elizabeth. They are now an independent company. My complaint is therefore no longer against LG Electronics, but against the local company, LA Electronics, in Port Elizabeth.
I have received excellent service and response from LG Electronics, especially from their service network manager, David Sparrow, and I have been very impressed with them & their assistance in all of this. I would like to make it clear that LG Electronics are not at fault in this matter and I would like to clear their name of any negativity which may have been caused by my first complaint.
However, the same cannot be said of LA Electronics in Port Elizabeth - I have still not received my money from them.
