Failure to pay me monies owed

LA Electronics, the PE Branch of LG Electronics, owes me R1413-60 on a cancelled order. They acknowledged that they owe me this money. For nearly 3 months now I have been asking them to pay me back, but still no payment from them. I have frequently spoken with, & emailed, the manager, Gertie. Many of my messages & emails went unanswered, but when she does respond, she is always very sweet and full of promises, and tells me the money will be in my account the next day. Once she told me to collect a cheque on the Friday. I came in, but no cheque was ready & Gertie was out. Now Gertie tells me the money was paid into my bank account - but it has not been. She told me last week she would send me the proof of payment, but she did not, and she has not bothered to follow up with me since we spoke. This is shocking for a major company like LG Electronics. I have always had to be the one to phone & email & ride to the other side of PE to their offices. They should be contacting me, the customer. They have made little to no effort to refund me the money owing me and I am close to never buying any LG products ever again to avoid ever having to do business with LA Electronics in Port Elizabeth
