GLOVE earbuds

I bought glove earbuds from vodacom in gateway umhlanga... They worked for a few days and stopped working after... I went with the slip to go drop them off and was told that it's a physical damage... Why would l wait my time and drop them off if l knew that lm the one that dropped them... I'm so angry and disappointed with the service if vodacom and will have this reported to the ombudsman
