N the 1st of October I placed an online order for a smart watch. The next day I received a text that my order has been shipped out and they gave me a tracking number that has no use for it has been saying "shipped" since the 2nd of October. After contacting your center, they advised me DIRECTLY that they cannot assist with the tracking and refused to advise who their courier provider is such I can contact direct. I lodged a complaint again, nothing was done. i followed up Monday and Tuesday the 8th, again,
'Will escalate the matter to the supervisor".

It is now 8 WORKING DAYS which is way past your promise to deliver goods within 2-5 working days. The worst thing is the fact that none of your "assistants" can assist.

I am urgently awaiting a response.
