I'm not baffled by the service received from this supervisor it explains why some of their mployees have attiude. I've had nothing but horrible service from this pick n pay, unfortunately for me it's the closest to home however other competitors around are starting to open thus making my options broader. I went into the pick n pay to get earbuds (2days after my son was born) on the shelve the earbuds showed a different price to what the till did, so I told the operator and she called a supervisor who wasnt helpful however extremely rude. He kept telling me that even though the earbuds are under that price the description is not the same thus need to check that in future before paying or picking up something honestly how many people actually look at the description of the pricetag. I left that shop livid because not only do I spend money at that pick n pay on a daily basis even though I experience bad service. Getting the same service from the supervisor that's where I draw the line.
