Early last year I purchased a whole range of Eurolux products which included 2 double globe spot lights, 1 x single glove spot light, top of the range ceiling fan and 2 lounge floor lamps, which is you can imagine cost a few thousand rand.
Firstly the remote for the ceiling fan never worked out the box, which was replaced by Tyrone, the Eurolux technician who came out to investigate. In November I notified Johan that the light did not want to work?
Next the 1 globe of the double globe spot light fuzed, Tyrone came out to investigate & replaced the globe. Thereafter the other double globe spote light fuzed 1 of the globes and Tryrone came out agin. The next visit both the lamps were replaced, only to happen again?
In December I got so frustrated that I asked Johan to rather arrange a refund. This was done, all I needed to do was remover the fittings and return them. After some thought I don't feel I want to go this route and asked Johan if I could rather come to an agreement to exchange these double spots with the more reliable single glove unit, such as the one I currently have which has never giving me a days trouble, is this too much to ask?
