I bought a MS3949CS microwave at Steeledale Pick 'n Pay on the 27th of February 2011. On the 22nd of June 2011 (4 months later) I had to give it back to PNP for repairs (8940). I had to wait 3 weeks for it to be returned and urged them for a replacement unit as you do not want anything broken within 4 months and they refused. On the 6th of February 2013, I phone LG because it is broken again! The lady from LG informs me that I must take it to PNP (9983). PNP sends it through for REPAIRS and cannot tell us how long to wait. I have never had such disgusting services before. I have lost all faith in LG and cannot see buying another product again. I want a new microwave because the next time it breaks, it is no longer under guarantee!!!
