My Sinotek 55" tv was sent in for repairs to Master Care Audio (Kzn) on 22 February 2022 and after 3 unsuccessful attempts they eventually advised me on 21st April 2022 that a credit has been passed in favour of Makro and all I need do is go there, select a tv, pay in the difference between the original price and the new price. After checking if nothing else was needed twice i go to Makro. They refuse to process the credit until i return the remote and the feet from the original. Could no one have told me this before i schlepped to Springfeld?
Two months later - still no TV
