I purchased a tent on 7 December 2013 at Makro Vaal store. The tent was damaged on the one side. I reported it electronically on their website on 8 December 2013. No response till today. I also purchased pants on marked down price, they charged me the original price. Then I post both incidents on their facebook page on 15 December 2013, they request my details the next day. Still waiting for any response from them. This was not the first time that they charged me the original price on marked down items.
