Do they actually have a service department???

I have tried on numerous occasions to call the AEG call centre (not sure if it's a call centre or just their offices). I go through the prompts, which is a waste of time as I end up speaking to a receptionist who then puts me through to somebody... and then the waiting begins. I have tried about five times now and every time I've had to hang up after 10 minutes as nobody is answering. All I need is to have an element replaced in an oven, but since nobody is answering I may have to look at buying a new oven, and it definitely won't be an AEG.
