Terrible after Sales Service from Service Agent

18 month old Samsung washing machine has become very noisy when spinning, called Hirch's and advised that we should contact Liptronics the local approved Samsung agents. Tried to call but phone just rings, eventually contact Hirch's again and with their assistance receive a reference number, no response again from Liptronics and when phoning phone just rings, eventually get hold of service provider and manage to get technician to site. Technician investigated and advises that bearing/s faulty and "unit" needs to be replaced, he will order parts and will come through to replace indicating that it is about a one hour job.
Today 29/01/2014 I spent approximately an hour listening to a phone ring as I made an effort to contact Liptonics in an attempt to get some indication on when the repairs will be done, when I did get through I was placed on hold and cut off, when I did get through again I insisted to speak to the manager, explained my situation gave him my reference number and sat listening as he was trying to find out what was going on, finally he just transferred me to a Nicole who the indicated that part was in stock but now they needed to collect that machine and would need it f
