I purchased a samsung washing machine on1 may2013. I have been experiencing a problem where the machine does thecomplete cycle but the washing still comes out wet. I made contact with Samsung Client Services and spoke to Neo on 21 June 2013 where I received a referencenumbr and was told they have a 48 hour turn around time. A gentleman by the name of Promise contacted me and said he is the technician assigned to see to the complaint. We made arrangements which was both convenient for both of us. He NEVER pitched. No communication!!! I called again to complain about the "no show". Ok mam we will escalate the complaint. To who? Nobody from Samsung has made contact with me to date. In a desperate attempt for help with this problem i contacted Makro, where the appliances manager Edwin Boer tried to assist by calling samsung and again i took leave to accommodate the technician because i need help, again a NO SHOW. Their service. This is now 1 august no contact from samsung. Then the shops have the nerve to use it as a marketing tool to say u have access to a service technician free for 24 months
