Never ANY service or feedback

Good evening.

A few months ago I managed to book an appointment to get my Samsung combo washing machine tumble dryer fixed. After a few weeks a technician came out and tried to fix it. After being unable to fix it he said they would have to order parts. A few weeks later after no feedback I tried calling Liptronics. The phone automatically answers starting the call. After being on hold for about 10 minutes I get bumped around from person to person until it reaches the manager who picks up the phone and without responding transfers the call right back to the switchboard where the process starts again.

The few times that I do speak to someone real they tell me they will check on the system and call me back which they never do. Then when I say I want to speak to someone they keep putting me on hold and through to the manager.

All I need is the part they have and for someone to install it! Please!!!
