First of all, I bought my TV with pvr Decoder for R5000. TTS quoted me R4845 to repair. My TV broke basically a year and 1 week after I bought it so I took it to TTS for repairs. My Samsung TV has been with TTS for 3 weeks. It took them one week to determine if they are going to fix it under warranty. One more week to ask Samsung why they declined the request. That was 2 weeks down the drain. I have a 2 year Game extended warranty so it will be fixed or replace no matter what. It should have been replaced!! During this period each time a phoned them they stated they can't give me a time or date that it will be fixed, "I need to phone back tomorrow". I spent more money on phone calls than the TV is worth. Ridiculously bad service! Today is my 3rd week without the TV and I just spoke to them. And again they told me to phone back tomorrow. All my products are Samsung (Phone, monitor, microwave, fridge, TV, Blu-ray player etc.) and after this experience I will NEVER EVER by a Samsung product again.
