I visited the store on Sunday and was notified of a fault on the note 3. I consulted the manager and was promised heaven and earth. Yesterday I called and yet again promised a report on the mother board damge form the manager BUT still I am waiting contrary to his confirmation it was send.
One thing I hate is that this branch does not answer phones and the service is pathetic for custumers. Whats the point of a service centre if there is no service from management down SAMSUNG???
