CPT Electronics - LG - PUTRID service and attitude

I am writing this due to the horrific, pathetic and appalling experience I had with Cape Town electronics (affiliated with LG electronics) over the past two months. I would like this email to go to LG electronics.

I have a very long word document typed up with the detail of my expeience, which I would like to send through.

After two months of waiting, CT electronics, messed up my order and I am still living with a fridge that cannot function due to their incompetence

I demand LG to replace my fridge after the frustration, time, money and effort put in to the last two months of dealing with incompetent people and after the two months being exactly where I started, with a fridge that does not function because of ineffectual staff that cannot do their job properly.

Besides the fact that ALL the staff (service, technicians and management) are incompetent, messing up orders, disorganised and do not have any idea what is going on, they are all extremely unhelpful and rude. It is all about them rather than the customer.

I would really appreciate feedback on this matter urgently, I have already wasted two months.
