I sold my car in December last year and called twice to cancel the policy I had with PFK Electronics. PFK Electronics has been debiting my account and casuing returned debit orders as I don't budget for that debit order. I received an sms from PFK Electronics on Monday the 15/04/2013, advising me that I owe them money and they going to put me on ITC. I called the number supplied on the sms and the phone was dropped in my ear as it was 16h30 and their business hours are until 16h30. I then called again on the 17/04/2013, spoke to John and he advised that not all there calls are recorded and that he would put me through to the cancellations department for assistance. He did this and the phone was just ringing, I left a message with my details and no-one has returned my call. I am not willing to pay any fees, as they've caused RD's on my account. I just want this service cancelled.
