My LG flatscreen went in for repairs to CT Electronics in Cape Town. A deposit was paid and the balance for repairs was paid on 10 June 2013. POP was forwarded to CT Electronics and a follow-up call made. I was informed that repairs would take 2-3 working days depending on parts availability. It is a month after payment was made and yet I still do not have a repaired item despite numerous calls to their number and a lot of delays (passing the buck). To add insult to injury I am now unable to contact CT Electronics as a recording spools on the phone number but no one ever answers and eventually the phone cuts off. Emails to the addresses listed on their website have bounced back. Have I been by LG? In the interest of restoring your good name, please resolve this issue urgently. Miss Zena
