BAD SERVICE FOR INSURANCE AUTO REPAIRS

My Hyundai I30 was booked into this preferred auto repairs on the 21st December. They assured both myself and Santam who are my insurance company that my car will be ready on the 7th January. We have both since realised that they have as they only opened up the Monday after the 7th and everytime we have to phone they are constantly ordering parts, never get back to either myself or the insurance. Their staff are completely incompetant and constantly advising that parts are ordered, car will be done on Wednesday, then you phone and it is Friday as they are ordering additional parts. Both my broker and I were told that they will provide me with a Toyota Tazz today at 09h00, guess what it is now 13h00, I have had to phone them to be told oh well we are short staffed! I said best you now find me another car and deliver it to m I then ask to speak to the MD whose name was given to me as Brian Minnar, who tells me he is the MD, but is just the parts manager, the GM Tony Bell, does not know what is going on and the owner is someone i think is called Adrian Minnar, but perhaps that is the cleaner, who knows, basically they operate unprofessionally and are a joke!
