After numerous attempts to phone in nobody can give me an estimate when my motor vehicles parts will be delivered so that my car could eventually be repaired.
Its been six weeks and nobody can give me an date or estimate date that it would be delivered.
How long does it take to get parts delivered on shipment to South Africa?
Well for American/European/Asian countries it takes normally about 2-4 weeks all depends on what needs to be delivered.
Well with excellent freight services you can get you delivery within 72 hours from those countries.
The Car Lab cannot give me a date because there managers don't talk with the personnel on the floor of what is happening and about ordering statuses and the business rules behind it. Frankly nobody knows how where or when it would be there.
Well I'm not unhappy with the parts being late, I am unhappy due to that i must phone in 2 times a week asking when it will be there and nobody can tell me what the is going on.
Out of curiosity I would like to ask the Manager how long I'm going to wait for my car to get repaired? Maybe he will also not know.
