Phone repair or despai

I took my phone in on the 27th Dec for repairs. I was told that someone would contact me with a assessment and the repairs would take 8-10 working days. I never heard from anyone. 3 weeks later (after trying to call with no avail) i decide to go in and see the progress on my phone. The receptionist was sitting on Facebook whilst the phone was ringing merrily next to her. My slip got taken to the technicians to find out where my phone is and after half an hour i got told that the parts have arrived (parts for what??) but they cant find them. i was once again assured that someone would contact me within the next 2 days... nothing. a week later i go back only to have the same thing told to me - no one knows where the parts are. After expressing my frustration i get told to "just sit and wait'. Eventually my parts miraculously appear and my phone is "fixed", it seemed to be working but as soon as i got home and tried to charge it, it does exactly the same thing that i took it in for repairs for. i have experienced nothing but poor service, or rather lack there of and my phone is still broken. so now i ask, do i attempt to have it repaired again, or just go buy a BlackBerry?!
