My phone was booked in for Repairs in the first week of Jan. I have been calling Samsung at least 2-4 times a week to check the status of my phone as NO ONE ever calls you back.
I have been told 3 times already that this has been escalated to management yet nothing has been done.
One of the operators advised on the 25/01/14, that my phone might be ready before the 31/01/214, yet when I called on the 31st to confirm before going to pick up the device, I was told yet again that they are still waiting for parts. Between the 31/01/14-01/02/14, I spoke to 4 people who confirmed my contact details as they were getting someone to call me...
No one called as expected!
If Samsung offers ADH cover on S4's, they should keep stock of parts so customers should not have to struggle!
This is causing a lot of frustration!
Highly disappointed with such service!
