I have tried calling many times this morning (after opening hours), but your Gateway store in Umhlanga does not answer. I have tried through sales, technical support and repair status, all 3 extensions just leave me waiting.
You are obviously too busy for me and do not need my business. This will be the last contact with Apple in South Africa for as long as I am alive, you will not have my business.
I have dealt with Apple in the UK when I lived there and never once had a problem.
